TestMyGears hosts free fullscreen display tools and solid-color PNG downloads for monitor checks, pixel testing, and screen maintenance.
PNG personal use
Download flat color images for your own devices, wallpapers, and non-commercial projects.
Ask before commercial use
Selling, mass redistributing, or embedding files in paid products requires written approval.
1. Online tool access
You may open and use any interactive screen tool on TestMyGears at no cost for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. No install, login, or payment is required.
Typical permitted uses include:
- Inspecting panels for dead, stuck, or bright pixels
- Viewing backlight bleed or color uniformity
- Showing a plain fill while wiping down a screen
- Adding soft fill light during video calls or streams
- Checking hues before editing photos or slides
2. PNG download rules
When you download a PNG, TestMyGears renders a flat single-color image locally in your browser at the size you pick.
Allowed: saving copies for your own devices, wallpapers, school work, and personal creative projects.
Not allowed without permission: selling or sublicensing the files, uploading them to stock sites or paid libraries, embedding them in commercial software or SaaS, or mirroring them on another domain for revenue.
3. Business use, misuse, and warranty
Planning to use our tools, branding, or downloads in paid work, advertising, resale, or wide public distribution? Contact testmygears@gmail.com first for written approval.
We do not allow automated harvesting of site assets, cloning the platform for commercial release, or passing off TestMyGears content as your own.
You are not required to attribute TestMyGears for private use. All tools and downloads come as is with no express or implied warranty. Colors may look different across monitors and GPUs.
