Local processing
Fullscreen colors, pixel checks, and file downloads run entirely in your browser. Nothing from those tests is uploaded to our servers.
No tracking
We do not monitor what you display or test on your screen. Standard visit logs and ad partners may still record general browsing data.
1. What we collect
TestMyGears does not require registration. We do not ask for passwords or payment details. Display tests and PNG files are built inside your browser — we cannot see what you generate or what appears on your screen.
When you load a page, certain information may be collected automatically, including:
- Internet protocol (IP) address
- Browser name and version
- Operating system and device category
- Pages opened and the site that linked you here
- Time and date of each visit
This data helps us operate the site, monitor performance, improve usability, and prevent abuse. Advertising partners may also receive similar technical data when ads are shown.
